By accessing or using TrueTime (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TrueTime.

2. Description of Service

TrueTime is an AI-powered sports tracking application that allows athletes to record practice sessions, analyzes video to calculate verified active practice time (“TrueTime”), and provides analytics dashboards for athletes and parents.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Accounts for minors under 18 must be created by a parent or legal guardian.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Upload content that infringes on the rights of others
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service without authorization
• Upload videos containing personally identifiable information of third parties without consent

5. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the videos and content you upload. By uploading content, you grant TrueTime a license to process, store, and analyze that content solely to provide the Service. All AI models, software, designs, and branding associated with TrueTime remain our intellectual property.

6. AI Analysis and Accuracy

TrueTime uses artificial intelligence to analyze practice videos and estimate active practice time. While we strive for accuracy, AI analysis is not perfect. TrueTime metrics are estimates and should not be considered definitive measurements. We do not guarantee specific accuracy levels.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRUETIME SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
